"This is one of the nicest cakes i've ever made, it was moist and just lovely. I would recommend using the lemon for the icing, the sharpness really cuts through the sweetness of the cake. I will be making this again. Soon!"

"This cake was easy to make but a little too much lime and sugar for me, that said it still tasted good but i don't think i'll bake it again. Baking is such fun - i love it!"

"I'm usually my own worst critic, however this cheesecake was amazing! I used blueberries (they were on special offer) and added a few more biscuits to the base and it went down a treat. My boyfriend and i will defo be making this again - soon! "
