"Fab!!! I didn't use a breadmix as I make my own bread used my white loaf recipe 500g flour mix and added sugar and egg. Dough is very wet. Good to make with children and once iced just like - no actually better - than the shop ones - a trip down memory lane! Only iced what we were to eat and put the un-iced ones in the freezer."

    Double chocolate shortbreads

"Amazing - big hit with the children & adults!! Even though only cocoa powder really chocolately! Very easy to make - I didn't bother creaming the butter & sugar first - just chucked everything except the choc chips in the kenwood and let it do the work! Added the choc chips at the end for a quick mix and hey presto! Keep very well - if they last that long!! Don't know if the mixture will make it to the freezer."

"This is fab!!! I only had four eggs so halved recipe and put in a smaller tin - came out really well (still needed the same cooking time). Took on holiday with us, travelled well and can easily add different fillings. I love quiche but am not fussed about the pastry - holds together well without it. Best to use baking parchment rather than greaseproof paper. Def one of those will be making again and again!!!"
