"Fab - loved it. I put a punnet of halved cherry tomatoes on the top and drizzled with basil oil before it went in the oven. Next time I am going to put lots of chopped mint in the courgette mix; I think that would work really well. "

"A winner. I had a bunch of asparagus to use up so I cooked the asparagus in the liquid stock (for extra flavour) and just added the lightly cooked tips only to the finished risotto at the very end. I will be making this again soon."

"I cooked this for 4 using Patak's korma curry paste (3 tbsps) to 500g of king prawns. I also put in half a bag of fresh spinach just towards the end. Chopped frozen coriander from W/rose is super convenient - you wouldn't know the difference! I would definitely make this again my family said it was delicious."
