"This tasted good but I was a bit annoyed that the sauce seemed to flow right out of the chicken. I'd imagined it would stay inside. An alternative would be to use ricotta which is the only cheese I've found that doesn't spill everywhere. It's also a bit less heavy than mozarella and cheddar."

"I did a with-gluten and dairy version of this using a butter, milk and ordinary flour to make the sauce and it was gorgeous and very simple to do. I made it a couple of days ahead and it was absolutely fine. Will definitely be making this again."
