"yum! for even better results (if i may be so bold!) use a olive oil, white/red wine vinegar, dijon mustard dressing (3tbsp, 1tbsp, 1 teaspoon ish) instead of balsamic and if you leave out the feta you can serve it with pieces of french bread smothered a soft cheese e.g. boursin or goats cheese of choice!"
