"These were lovely. I just used white chocolate and cherries. They do spead but as long as you don't put too many on each sheet they'll be fine. I put just 6 on a sheet - I know it sounds time consuming but it's worth it."

"I didn't actually have a slice of this cake but reports weren't great, OK but not great. I did it in a 2lb loaf tin and didn't do the topping. The recipe worked perfectly and the cake looked great but the flavour was lacking something. I think it needs some sort of chocolate topping. I'm not sure I'd bother making it again."

"These were light and moist. The chocolate decoration was easy to do and looked really effective. They were just a bit dull to taste so I sliced off the tops and added a dollop of buttercream. "
