"Had to use pork tenderloin, because my mom doesn't like chicken. It's a good recipe, but next time i'm going to marinate the pork, to make it a little tastier. Didn't have any mascarpone so i used cream cheese, and also added a dash of white wine. Of course, i'll try this with chicken. Thank you! "
