"This is a lovely, easy, scrummy pudding which is bound to impress and it is easily going to become a family favourite in our house. I would grease the pudding basin next time though, also there is a misprint in the recipe - 1 tsp lemon curd - should read vanilla essence. Perfect."

"This was really lovely. I used fresh peas rather than frozen and they were delicious. Would definitely make this again...and again."

"This was a really delicious and easy meal. Will definitely make this again and again. The only changes I made to the recipe was to increase the cloves of garlic to 4 (sliced lengthways) and I finely chopped the rosemary leaves. Superb."
