    "After seeing this as one of the top rated recipes on this website I was eager to make it. I have a raspberry cheesecake recipe that my Mum has made for years and I thought that was the best one I've ever had, so I was interested to compare this one. It took nearly 2 hours to cook firstly, which is way off the time stated. I must have done something wrong! Secondly, the raspberry flavours just weren't coming out as much as they do in the family raspberry cheesecake recipe. Maybe I'm biased as I absolutely love my Mum's raspberry cheesecake. Overall it wasn't bad but I wouldn't rush to make it again."

    Chicken, sweet potato & coconut curry

    "Great recipe for a quick and easy curry. I added more curry paste as it would've been too bland otherwise. I also added more veg. I have never cooked sweet potato before so found this a lovely change to using normal potatoes. Would definitely make again!"

    "Absolutely delicious! Very easy to make. I put cherries on top instead of almonds as someone else had suggested, and it was lovely. Will definitely be making again and again. This has become a firm favourite at home now!"

    "I used ricotta as did not have mascarpone and it was delicious. I would probably add more parmesan to the cheese mix next time though. I added some yellow pepper aswell and would possibly add tomato or bacon next time too. It made a lovely starter and I would definitely make it again."
