"Lovely pud, so easy and surprisingly light. I used a large shallow, oval Pyrex dish and 40 mins was just right. Will definitely make again and try the adding either cinnamon or ginger to give it a bit of extra zip. "

"I've tried scone based pizzas before but had always steered clear of dough because I thought it would be too difficult and a faff. This recipe, however, has totally changed my mind - it was so simple to follow and was easily as good as my favourite pizzeria. I added my own topping combo of red onion, sweetcorn, red pepper, cheddar and mozarrella and then threw a handful of rocket on the top to serve... delish!"

"This was really tasty! I did two versions... one as per the original recipe for hubby and an adapted version for me as I am a fish eating veggie. Simply substituted tuna for the beef ( cut an equivalant weight fresh tuna loin steak into cubes) and used veg stock instead of beef. Didn't bother with the coriander or soured cream but both of us really enjoyed it with plain boiled rice. Another simple yet delicious recipe from Good Food - would definitely recommend giving this a whirl."

"I'm a veggie so substituted 350g pack of quorn pieces for the pork and used 600ml veg stock instead of 400ml chicken (quorn soaks up a lot more liquid than pork). I also followed Jo's advice and used a large can of kidney beans instead of green beans. This has now become a firm favourite - easy, warming comfort food at it's best... love that chilli kick... and yes, it definitely calls for some nice crusty bread!"
