"Oh my goodness - I have just made this to pop in the freezer ready for Christmas and I'm having to restrain myself from wolfing it here and now. Absolutely delicious and so easy - roll on Christmas day so I can have some more!!!"

"Yum! This is super easy and tasty - will definitely make again. I added extra couscous as per others suggestions and glad I did or it would have been a bit too much liquid for my taste. Just one note of caution, I added quite a big pinch of chilli flakes and nearly blew my head off so be careful if you're not keen on too much heat. "

"Really simple and tasty - I used 2 tins of butter beans as suggested by Jo and made up some veg stock to use instead of the cooking liquid. Not only was it delicious straight away but was even better the next day on a breakfast sandwich with some sausages. "
