"Just started eating chicken again after 5 years of not eating meat. This was a good recipe, very easy to do. Added mushrooms too. There was alot of liquid left after it should have been cooked, I put this down to the mushrooms and just put up the heat until the liquid went."

"The tart looked lovely and was simple to prepare. I ended up with a soggy middle even though i put it in the oven for an extra 10mins. The topping was still good though, not sure how I could have stopped the soggyiness."

"This was good. Took longer than expected, but that might have been me. It was very rich, so next time i would make with single cream or just milk."
