"hi yellowbelly, I'm starting mine today and would think that the zest from five oranges will be enough to make it orangey - so I will copy the recipe. I hope this is right too - a lot of vodka to waste otherwise!! I'll make fresh juice to have seperately with the rest of the oranges."

" I can't understand what I could have done wrong! Followed the recipe to the letter. Marinated beef over night, and brought the beef from a good farm shop we use for all our meats. But the end result was extremely tough and chewy, and I didn't taste much of the marinade on the end product at all. Very dissapointed - more so as we served it to a number of guests for a bbq."

"A really nice cake. I used the wrong size tin, so mine was not as deep as the one pictured, but it was still moist and tasty. Would like it to have a bit more carrot though, so might see what happens when I add more. The topping was also very nice, although not as nice as a cream cheese one - but for lunch boxes a much better option!"

"Im confused, should i pour bread over beans or beans over bread? Recipe is too complicated, and list of ingredients too long. ;-)"
