Chard, sweet potato & peanut stew

"I love this recipe, to the point that I crave it at least once a month! I reduced the liquid to 300ml and used stock instead of water and I also use peanut butter. I have also made with chicken thigh and beef steak strips (not together!). I added the chicken at the same time as adding the tomoatos and stock, if you use breast, you may want to add a bit later. The beef I added at the stage where the peanuts were added. I think chicken tasted a bit better."

"I have made this recipe a few times now and each time it has been fantastic. I found that neck fillet was more tender than the stewing cuts. I also add peas. Delicious!"

One-pan prawn & tomato curry

"This curry has become a firm favourite in our house. I blitz the ginger, garlic, chilli (I use a whole chilli) and coriander stalks in a blender to make a paste. I couldn't find black mustard seeds, so use a pinch of mustard powder instead. I serve it with the carrot salad on this recipe and lemon rice which is part of a different chicken curry recipe on here. Absolutely delicious!"

"I've made this a few times now on a Sunday to accompany a roast chicken. I used shallots instead of red onion and slightly less lemon as when I did the recipe with 2 lemons it was very tart. Overall a fab recipe and I will continue making it."
