"This was wonderful and really simple. I used smoked paprika and unfortunately I didn't have any fresh basil to hand. Only problem was I had to open a bottle of red to put some in this casserole and well, you can guess what happened to the rest!!!!! I served it with spaghetti and it went down a treat!"

"I made this chicken as part of an evening party buffet and served it cold - Everyone said how lovely it was and various people asked me for the recipe. It must have been good as 13 people got through more than 30 pieces!!!"

"Absolutely lovely - Very refreshing, filling yet light evening meal. My garam masala is cinnamon heavy which worked nicely with the mango. It also went very well with a cold glass of white! I always sprinkle my yoghurt/raita with a tiny amount of cayenne pepper (it looks nice as well) and I added finely chopped cucumber to the yoghurt to bulk it out a little."
