"This really is fantastic! So simple to make yet looks so impressive! I added some sundried tomato paste, mushrooms, fresh cherry tomatoes and a glug of wine - dee-lish!! Oh also, I did it with a whole chicken jointed into 4 pieces, the meat was so tender! :)"

"you can substitute the creme fraiche for a can of condenced cream of mushroom soup (campbels is good) adds wonderful flavour!"

"delicious! I made this with Quinoa instead of Puy Lentils and pine nuts instead of seasame seeds (couldn't find any) I added some chorizo and saussages for the meat-eaters. I also roasted some pumpkin as well as Squatternut Bosh which gave a lovely colour gradient!!! Totally delish!!! "

One-pan Spanish fish stew

"Delicious, easy and surprisingly full of flavour. I didn't have cayenne Pepper so substituted it for a good sprinkle of dried chilli flakes. I also didn't have fresh parsley so threw in salik (local variety of rocket) instead which was wonderful! very tasty! This one is a keeper!"
