"This is a fantastic easy - great for after work because you pretty much just bung it all in a pan and cook for a few mins, but also lovely enough to serve for friends! Even my meat-loving other half loved it, which says alot. "

"This is a really easy but very tasty recipe - the sauce is fantastic! I actually made it with chicken. I stir fried the chicken with spring onions, garlic and ginger until browned, then added broccoli (I couldn't get mange tour) and when almost done I added the cooked noodles and the sauce. It was really yummy and such a quick after-work meal. "
