"Has anyone used this recipe for a carved cake? It went down a storm when I made it for my brother's wedding a couple of years ago. I'd like to use it again for a birthday cake next weekend but it would be an expensive disaster if I can't sculpt it. Thank you. "

"This is a fantastic recipe. My husband and daughter hate courgettes but, as I have a glut, I've made it several times and they love it! I don't bother to heat up the sauce, I just bung it in the oven for half an hour or so. Its very nice with parmasan instead of cheddar and I usually grate in other veg such as carrots and peppers. Lovely! "

"I was initially unsure about the belly pork but it went down a treat. Everyone loved it, even my 9 year old daughter who can be a bit fussy with her meat!"
