"The sauce is absolutely delicious & the star of this show. i'm not sure i'm convinced by the tortilla as a satisfying alternative to a normal base, its just too floppy! definitely agree with draining the mozzarella well. also, i did this twice and on the second time put the wrap in the oven on its own to crisp up a bit first, would definitely recommend"

"Hi cookie62, I freeze most herbs (rosemary, thyme, coriander, parsley) with no problem. never done basil though. Why not buy a pot plant of basil? i find as long as you water it from the roots it lives and grows with little effort, and i live in a flat!"
