"Dull and uninspiring. Very unimpressed. Wouldn't bother again."

"I am a big fan of Quinoa so was keen to try this. I was so disappointed. If this was the only way you had ever tried Quinoa you would be forgiven for thinking it a vile ingredient best avoided. I would describe the finished dish as curried tapioca. I would not make it again. Ever (and I actually like tapioca). There is nothing in this recipe, other than the Quinoa, that sets it aside from any other curry paste based recipe. Boring, uninventive and predictable. Why bother. "

"Excellent. Very easy to make. Tasty and healthy. Only adjustment I would make is to leave the lemon juice out - keep the zest though - I found the lemon overpowered all the other lovely flavours. Works well with brown rice - just cook for a little longer. Would definitely make this again."

"A sad waste of good ingredients. Takes MUCH longer than the suggested 10-15 minutes to get the squash and quinoa soft. You also need to add a little water to aid this process. Leave an hour and you are nearer the mark. Flavour also lacking. Added tomato puree, extra cumin, oregano and some paprika. Still struggling. a good slug of Reggae Reggae sauce and it was edible - just. I wouldn't bother making this again - not even adapted. "
