"I too made this as soon as I got my subscription Mag through, and it was like the real thing! Very yummy curry packed full of flavour! Will be making regularly, including making my own paste - it tasted spicy but not too hot! Thanks GF!"

"I cooked this for 7 and we all loved it, even those not too keen on cheese! I cooked the pears and onion for a lot longer than recipe says but otherwise i followed Will definatley be doing again! Lovely!"

"I have made this on more than one occasion so far and shall continue to do so! The flavours are fab. I have made it as an evening meal adding chill and warming the whole dish up in a pan. I omitted the avocado and used peas insead - yummy!!!!"
