"Made this yesterday as i had guests. I live in Cyprus and couldn't find cooking apples so made mine with normal eating apples. Went down really well!! Really easy to make. The cake was really light. I also added some cinammon to the apples and served this hot with ice cream. Everyone loved it. A big sucess. Will definately make again!!"
