"Did this tonight and loved it - thankfully I misread the chilli anyway and only put 1 teaspoon in plus two small apache chillis. I might use less stock next time. Some of the beans were a bit hard for my liking so I might cook it longer too. And yes, agree with all the comments saying it takes longer than 30 mins! "

"I liked this - I used chicken breast and added tomato puree, about 1/2 a stock cube, a bit more water than suggested, plus the seeds and liquids of the tomatoes and it was delicious. I forgot the lemon/lime too and didn't miss it. "

"Was very tasty. Would do again but I used too much chilli this time so would hold back a little next time. If anyone has suggestions for giving it a milder chilli flavour I would be grateful. I'm a wimp, clearly. "
