"Delicious flavour to the sauce, really intense and the star anise flavour comes through fantastically. I found the sauce to be a bit watery, I didn't make it in exactly the same way so that is probably why."

"Beautiful tasting sauce. I didn't find there to be quite enough for the number of ribs I did and I would recommend getting the ribs well away from the intense heat of the barbie and cooking them as long as you can for extra tenderness!"

"I wish people wouldn't give five stars away so easily. I've tried quite a bit of kofta in my time but I didn't really finf this to be a five star recipe. It was ok but I've tasted kofta with far punchier flavour. You need to double all the spices that you add in my opinion."

"OK dish but doesn't blow away. I browned my tofu first, it didn't look like this recipe would get much flavour into it."
