"I made these in ramekins as I didn't have any suitable tins, they tasted lovely, but it did mean that I didn't get the lovely caramelised golden top to the onions that I would have liked."

"I made this the day before to just pop in the over the morning after a party & it was a bit of a disappointment really. Firstly, why all the random faffing around with the eggs and yolks? Secondly, there was a lot of liquid that went into it so it had a rather rice puddingy texture. "

"I used a griddle pan for (just one) aubergine and also griddled the red onion & a green pepper I had that needed using up. I added morrocan spice mix to the dressing and chucked in some strips of salami that also needed using up - it was a tasty lunch"
