"I've made chocolate brownie before but never as good as this! It was fab - making it again this morning to take to friends for New Year's Eve dinner. I'm going to add some of the left over Christmas 'After Eight' Mints to the top as it bakes to give it a minty taste - will report back next time!"

"First time using an internet recipe - what a success! This is a very very easy recipe - all the things you have in the cupboard and it tasted even better the next day. Made it for dinner party - too good to give to the guests !!!!"
