"I marinate the chicken in soya sauce ginger garlic coconut cream and red curry paste. When I cook them I serve with satay as a dipping sauce... excellent everytime!!!"

"a great recipe.... I added some nuts and seeds to th cake, and changed apricots for apples. I also halved the butter and used applesauce to reduce the fat. I am going to make it again must be delicious served warm with vanilla ice cream!!! I was very impressed with the vanilla yougurt never thought it would come so nice."

"This was very easy to make and it turned out to be excellent. Instead of stabbing the lamb I cut slits and filled with rosemary instead of oregano. I skipped basting and I served with potatoes and mushrooms. Good enough for a special dinner!"
