"In the original magazine recipe it says to use 1Tbsp (not 1 tsp) of creme fraiche. Any comments?"

"Why does it say "You can swap mascarpone and crème fraîche for low-fat cream cheese and fromage frais" when there is no mention of mascarpone in the recipe?"
