White chocolate & apricot cheesecake

"Another winner Mary! This is the most delicious cheesecake I've ever made, everyone wanted seconds and asked for the recipe. I had no trouble with the leaf gelatine, just kept stirring til it dissolved. I might try it with plums when the apricot season is over. "

Greek lamb with orzo

"I first tasted this recipe in Rhodes many years ago and have been making it ever since. Everyone I've cooked it for loves it. If you live in the London area you can get Orzo (also called Puntaletta) from Greek or Italian deli's - I get mine from Lina Stores in Brewer Street."

"For those of you who asked how much baking powder to use, it's 1 1/2 teaspoons (Jan 06 issue of the magazine). It looks like a great recipe so I'm going to make a couple for a cake stall at my local animal charity fair."

Ultimate lemon meringue pie

"The only problem with this recipe was the meringue which was not as stiff as it should have been. This was because it should have 2 teaspoons of cornflour (as in the April 2005 issue of the magazine) and not 2 tablespoons. It was still delicious though."
