"Gorgeous curry recipe! I used left over lean roast lamb about 300g and a tin of chopped tomatoes. Sauce was rich, spicy and thick. I am on weight watchers and worked out at only 3 pro points which is great as so tasty and filling. Served with a spicy cauli curry, tomato and onion salad and nan bread. Will become a family favourite for sure"

Spicy cauliflower

"Not sure you can call this super healthy with six tablespoons of oil! However I used one tblsp as currently on weight watchers. I only had half a cauli so also added 200g of new potatoes in their skins. To help cook I added about 200ml of warm water and put the lid on to steam the veg. I added chopped coriander at the end and served with the lamb and spinach curry - also from BBC Good food. "

The ultimate makeover: Potato dauphinoise

"I also used reduced fat creme fraiche and skimmed milk as wanted to reduce the fat content. However I think I'd rather stick to the full fat version as was watery and tasteless. I also think I would put garlic into the dish rather than just infusing the milk as just wasn't garlicky enough for me. I also had to cook it for a longer time - perhaps my thin slices of potato weren't thin enough!"

"Really tasty, had to double the ingredients for 4 of us but ended up very thick so then had to loosen with hot water. I baked my tortilla chips with melted cheese and roasted seeds (my own mix of pumpkin, soya beans, sunflower and sesame) and plonked on in the top to serve as decoration. Rave reviews from teenagers and 69 year old Auntie who was recovering from a broken foot."

French Dressing

"Thanks for the great feedback. I also vary this by using lemon juice in place of white wine vinegar and wholegrain mustard instead of dijon. This version is great with fish or over new potatoes as a potato salad dressing"
