"made these yesterday to take to work, every one loved them. I used Blueberry's instead not much flavour diffance but it made th muffin very moist which is what you want. One thing i would say, if you are to try Blueberry's dont pay alot for them as they are expensive! it probably would work great with an alternative berry."

"Made the cake, took longer in the oven thought it would never be done... huge cracks on the top but i just hacked the top off. the icing didnt go very well, ended up using far too much icing sugar and still wasnt firm!!?? oh well plonked it on and its now in the fridge to harden.. going to put crumbled flake on top make it look half decent.. Tried the sponge from the hacking part and it does taste goood.... wish i hadnt bothered with the icing."
