"Marvelous teabread! I added two eggs instead of one, a touch bit more flour and some walnuts, and it rose really well. Been told that it was the best cake I've made so far! :-)"

"This pud is delightful and very easy to make. It was a little bit sweet when piping hot, but when cooled, I found that all the flavours mingled pretty well. I might add less sugar in the batter next time, and maybe, a pinch of cinnamon with apples. Oooh, yammmm!"

"I used wholemeal flour instead of strong white, but it still came out delicious. Very easy and quick to make! If you are a beginner, this is definitely a good bread to start with. Your guests will be impressed. :-) "
