"I liked the sound of this but had none of the ingredients! Instead I used bulghur wheat soaked in stock and the juice of an orange, and mixed in some sauteed sliced leeks and halved cherry tomatoes. I put fresh trout fillets on top and baked as directed. A couple of minutes less in the oven would have been perfect. Served with green beans and it was delicious."
