"The marinade was quite spicy but by the time it was cooked, there was no heat so you may want to put some extra chilli sauce in, but the taste of the cooked sauce was lovely. Nice and easy too."

"Everyone loved this, made a nice change from the red sangria. Used Cava instead of Zinfandel as can't get it here. Very innocuous!"
