"Delicious. I added more sugar into the marinade and kept the seeds in the chillis as I like it hot."

"I made these as Christmas gifts. I've made normal truffles before but I found these really fiddly and messy. I added more dulce de leche to the filling as I found the dark chocolate overpowered it but I think this made it harder to handle-my fault for going off piste! The actual truffles were not as soft and melt in the mouth as others I have made due to the low ratio of cream. Therefore I think they'd work well as wedding favours although I personally prefer a softer texture."

"Overall they worked out really well and were very moist. The main thing I'd say is they weren't as chocolatey as they look in the picture. The sponge looked more wholemeal! I'm not sure if I got the measurements wrong or if anyone else has found this. I also added a lot of extra cocoa powder to the icing to get more of a chocolate taste. That all said, they were delicious. "

"Really delicious way to do a stir-fry. Making a paste, as opposed to adding the ingredients separately as I would normally, makes a huge difference to the flavour. I used cashew nuts instead of peanuts and also added some sweet chilli sauce."
