"Enjoyed this immensely (reheats well too) I tried using Tesco lo-fat Roule as a soft cheese (2 x 150gms) and it worked perfectly. Great comfort food and so easy. I did as someone suggested bake it, and as it was topped with tomatoes finished it off under a high grill. Luverly Jubly!"

Bacon & mushroom pasta

"Great pasta midweeker again from GF! Used the village butchers dry cured smoked bacon, best I've ever tasted, and the two times I've made this I used red pesto, Roast Pepper the first time and Aubergine the second. Very good on both occasions very quick and super tasty."

"Have done this twice now. Like others thought that the left overs became a bit dry, so doubled up on the Boursin, and add 300mls of half fat Creme Fraiche. I found the result much better. Also boned out and skinned some chicken thighs, I thought tastier and much, much, ceaper than skinned breast fillets. 10 out of 10 in our house now."
