    "Had fancied this for a while but on getting to the supermarket i found no feta! highly annioying, in a moment of mad improvisation I grabbed a pot of low fat cream cheese and fresh spinach. Used two handfuls of the fresh stuff and 1/3 pot of cheese to serve 2 and it worked reall really nicely! I found that as some of the cheese squished out in teh pan on turning it created quite a lovely suace to drizzle the chicken with after. Served with roasted veg (potatoes, tomatoes, peppers and asparagus). Yum... "

    "I Loved this. It's so simple and flavoursome. I halved the amount of garlic used (so I could take to work!!) and added a small tin of sweetcorn. I didn't have any creme fraihe/ sour cream so grated a little cheese over. I terms of amount this provided a good bowlful for me for 3 meals (dinner & 2 lunches) although this would certainly not feed 4 persons for dinner adequately!!"

    Tasty shepherd's pie with parsnip mash

    "The name doesn't lie, this is really very tasty! I made a full sauce but only baked enough for 2 servings and used the leftover sauce for jacket potatos that next Saturday. Equally delicious!! My partner is not a great parsnip lover though so next time I will have to use plain mashed potatoes maybe with some leek or spring onion."

    "We loved this with mashed leeky potato... I added mushrooms too. Delicious winter warmer and very easy to make."
