"It looks delicious but why are the calories so high?!"

"Oh and I also used fresh lime juice as I prefer frozen kaffir lime leaves to dried and I couldn't get any last night."

"This was delicious and really, really easy to make. I halved the recipe for 2 (but added 3 tsp of curry paste anyway and a red chilli for extra kick!). I also used reduced fat coconut milk to cut down some calories and the curry was still wonderfully rich - I'd go so far to say that the reduced fat coconut milk might be an improvement if you don't like things to be too rich. Will definitely be making again."

"I used this as a really basic starting block; I added Leeks and Spinach and used more Garlic and Basil than suggested. It all went in the oven together (minus Spinach, which I added right at the end) and I added Passata, stock and sugar and basically let it all cook down together. Grated Parmesan, black pepper and spinach right at the end meant it turned out beautifully. Worked wonders for using up all my old veg, and I didn't have to wash up a saucepan! PS Partner added extra mature Cheddar on his, for that really gooey cheesey result."

"Slightly disappointing. I didn't like cooking the sausages in with the potatoes as I felt this made them taste more of sausage than of the herbs and seasoning I'd use. Also felt that the sauce was too sweet but this is probably personal preference."
