"Made these for easter weekend in the breadmaker - dough turned out perfect - easily made a dozen but needed extra 5mins in my oven (a fan oven). Kids loved them - will make them again as hot cross buns popular in our house!"

"Made this for the family. Used a whole ciabatta bread mix - popped it in bread-maker on dough setting and spread it to fit my large grill pan. I am not a fan of rocket but gave it a go and I was really surprised how well it went down. Simple basic recipe - lots of options to tweak toppings too."

"This had so many great reviews (as fool-proof) I thought it a good recipie for my 13year old son to try. Well, he did, and it turned out great!! - his dad took some to work and all his colleagues asked for the recipie!! Going to try same recipie as muffins next. Hope they are as good.......Thanks :)"
