"I live on my own and was planning on giving half to my parents and taking some in to work... it's so good, I've changed my mind. I'm going to eat it ALL myself!! :)"

"I made this tonight after a long day at work, and it couldn't have been less of a bother. Quick, simple and very tasty."

Chicken, sweet potato & coconut curry

"Similarly to a couple of other people amongst the masses of rave reviews, I found this recipe to be extremely bland and boring, even with a chopped chilli and some hot chilli powder added in desperation to spice it up. On the positive side, it was easy to make and was edible, but I'd definitely not be bothering again, even with the suggestions of more curry paste. I'd made enough for dinner for myself for the following evening too as I work late, but was so underwhelmed by it that I threw the rest away. I would also be keen to know if this was a Ready Steady Cook recipe. It had the aura of being a recipe that was made up on the spur of the moment by throwing everything into a pot without actually thinking about any of the flavours or consistencies. "

"This was a bit of a disaster. I used Sunpat smooth peanut butter and 100ml of Amoy light soy sauce, slowly mixed it together and ended up with a very thick, sticky, overly salty, brown goo. Nevertheless, I smeared it over the chicken and marinaded it and followed the recipe. The result was perfectly cooked chicken with an overly salty flavour. Would definitely not make this again. I'd hate to think what the salt content of these are. "
