"I made double the quantity of this recipe and had half for dinner and sliced the other half up for sandwiches the next day a really tasty easy recipe which i have made time and again"

"I saw this in the magazine and what i liked most about the recipe was that i had everything to hand to make it that night which i did it was a resounding success and has become a firm family favourite. My family thought i had taken hours to prepare such a dish i didn't tell them that it didn't! Try it you will love it - it brings salmon to life."
