Herb & spice paneer fritters

"Made these and they were nice. Quite herby but I think next time a small amount of finely chopped chilli would give them that something extra and maybe a little extra onion. Definitely need to serve with a dip. Not sure about them being used as a main course though. "

"Try boiling the gnocchi on its own, then add the sauce. Place in ovenproof dish. Substitute mozzarella for a few spoonfuls of creme fraiche, scatter with a handful of grated cheddar, then grill for 5-10 mins until starting to bubble/brown on top. The creme fraiche will mix in as you serve. "
