"Try boiling the gnocchi on its own, then add the sauce. Place in ovenproof dish. Substitute mozzarella for a few spoonfuls of creme fraiche, scatter with a handful of grated cheddar, then grill for 5-10 mins until starting to bubble/brown on top. The creme fraiche will mix in as you serve. "
