"What a fantastic dish! This really did make my day, the chorizo adding an oily spice (i love the stuff so i used a load) to the egg. The only other thing i added was a good sprinkle of pine nuts that went in with the chorizo, everybody loved it! Personal preference but i use duck eggs as i think they make for a far superior poached egg as the yolks are a little bigger and richer. A crack of black pepper on the eggs and 5 stars! This dish hasnât seen the last of me. As others have described the portion was going to be small so i doubled up on all but the egg. p.s. I used the remainder of the chorizo fried potato (chorizo taken out) in a potato salad the next day, with mayo and a Tbs full of Nandos hot sauce and black pepper... probably the best ive had to date. "
