Gordon's honey glazed ham

"I made this last year, it was lovely. Have an important and urgent question. Is it safe to boil the ham, score the meat and keep it in the fridge until I want to bake it in the oven with the glaze? And if so, any suggestions and tips are welcome."

"I love this recipe. When I don't have parsnips I use carrots, or a combination of both is good too. I leave it for 90mins, and the meat is so soft and tender, it just falls of the bones. Quick and easy too."

"Loved this recipe, quick and easy. I also threw in a courgette. Didn't have beans, so only used peas. No parmesan either, but still a hit."

Slow-cooked lamb with onions & thyme

"Firstly this recipe is confusing. I prepped the lamb as per the video. However the rosemary burned while browning the meat. Had to wash the pot... The onions also burned while this was in the oven. The lamb was very tender but it wasnt anything special. Definitely one to avoid."
