"Simple tasty meal. I often use half fat creme fraiche with a tablespoon of red pesto intead of a whole jar and it is lovely and creamy. tinned salmon , sometime with peas or broccolli or whatever we have in works well too."

"I have used this recipe as a base for several variations, all good. I tend to use half fat creme fraich to keep down the calories, and sometimes use a tin of salmon instead of the chicken. Breadcrumbs on top with cheese works well if I havent got the other ingredients in. Winner every time, family fave. "

"Love this, its the hubby fave as he feels like he is getting one of his five a day in a cake form! I have used a silicone sqaure cake thingy to make this and it worked fine, just make sure its deep enough! "

Devonshire honey cake

"I used half the amount of honey as I didnt have enough in, but added sone golden syrup. I also added a bit of mixed spice. Yum Yum. I baked it as a tray bake and drizzled with a little icing, cut it into little squares and took to work. Fab"
