"A fantastic recipe....very easy and quick to throw together when you get in from work!! This will be added to my favourites list. I added a small sprig of fresh rosemary and used cubed pancetta (which ws in the fridge) and it worked beautifully."

"Gorgeous!!! Very moist chicken, potatoes cooked beautifully (but I cut them lengthways rather than widthwards!!), and the cheezy ooze made a fantastic sauce. I didn't bother with the garlic, and wouldn't next time as I felt there was enough flavour in the cheese. Will definitely do it again, it was so easy to throw together and very yummy!!! :-)"

"I made this risotto within a couple of hours of receiving my copy of GF.....luckily I had recently bought some quinoa from my local Sainsburys and had thyme in the garden, it was gorgeous, definitely one to put on the regulars list!!"
