"I really fancied a pork chop but they usually come out dry when I grill them so I tried this and it was a resounding success. Boyfriend looked suitably impressed when I presented it and I barely had to put any effort in!"

"I really want to try this but I don't have a frying pan that will fit in my oven. Has anyone had any luck transferring it to a baking tin? I'm worried it will just fall apart!"
