"Delicious! Served it with the Lemon Lamb with warm chickpea and parsley salad. Definately be cooking this again. Will serve it with a greek-style salad next time."

"Fabulous recipe - quick and easy to make, and very tasty. Cooked the chicken, then removed from the pan and made the sauce before returning chicken to the pan. Served with baked potatoes - excellent for mopping up the sauce."

"Absolutely Fantastic! Used a madras paste (as my husband like a nice hot curry) and added in some sweet potato as well as ordinary potato - and it was delicious. Will definately make it again."
