Peach Melba squares

"These are so lovely. The sponge is so moist and moorish. I used tinned peaches which I think were ok but maybe a bit wetter than fresh. The portion size was a bit big, it could easily be cut up into 16 or more . Will be making these again very soon."

"I have made this twice now and its been great both times. I used chicken thighs though and cooked it a bit longer. It's my husbands fav chicken recipe now. Lovely with crushed new potatoes."

Butterscotch bars

"When I took them out of the oven I thought they were under done, so put them back for an extra 5 mins. However , once they had cooled, they firmed up and had become wonderfully soft and chewy. Absolutely gorgeous, I could eat them all! Will definitely be making these again."
