"I have only made risotto once before so am willing to concede I went wrong somewhere - but we did not like it at all. Gloopy and bland. And I put mushrooms in. I will try one of the other risotto recipes on the site."

"I cut the potato small and doubled up the sauce ingredients. I cooked it in the oven at 140c for 30 minutes. The potato cooked, the sauce reduced nicely and there was plenty of it."

"For a fairly simple dish this was really nice. You can get away with only 2 tablespoons of oil - less fat. I added some straight to wok noodles for a complete meal."

"The pancakes were fine, but the sauce was a bit of a disaster so far as we were concerned. It was far too sickly and the butter made it too rich. Sorry, Delia's win on this one."

"Have not made this yet, but intend to. However, a recipe for home made tikka masala curry paste would be good. If it is freezable that would be even better!"
