"Doesn't get much better than this, real easy to do and just leave it in the oven. Added a bit more Chilli to give it a little more heat, just make sure you make plenty as it'll go in seconds!! Try it with the GF recipe for Chinese Kale. "

"Yvo Have a bowl of water and ice, when cooked the first three eggs go into the iced water, as the fourth egg's cooking, re warm the first three for 30 secs in the boiling water before serving."

"These are fantastic. Really tasty with fresh soft fish. Lemon sole may seen quite a pricey fish, keep an eye on those reduced to clear shelves at the supermarket, you can pick up a very cheap tasty dinner!!"

"I've made this bread several times now. I've also adapted it slightly. leave out the spuds. Finely chop the rosemary and add it to the flour, it makes a great Focaccia. Also try red onion and roast garlic!"

"A superb winter warmer. Tesco fresh Gnocchi worked very well, I used half fat creme freche so as not to feel too guilty (an empty gesture I know with all the cheese and spuds!) "
